Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous janitorial or maintenance experience preferred
- Ability to follow safety protocols and procedures
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Ability to operate hand and power tools for maintenance tasks
- Valid driver's license may be required
- Physical ability to perform manual labor and lift heavy objects

Job Duties
- Handle routine cleaning duties keeping service areas offices breakrooms and restroom facilities neat and orderly including trash pick-up mopping sweeping laundering assembly and installation of office products
- Responsible for picking up and returning parts as needed
- May handle vehicle onsite make-ready inspections and basic maintenance
- Maintains awareness of proper safety precautions at all times
- Constantly observes condition of the property throughout the site and immediately reports andor initiates action to correct unsafe conditions
- Assist the rest of the staff in managing the property in an efficient manner
- Ensure placement of materials and organize facility supplies
