Job Requirements
- Applicants must be at least 18 years of age or older
- Ability to walk, bend, stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift objects with some assistance
- Previous cleaning or maintenance experience is preferred
- Availability for evening, night, and weekend shifts
- Willingness to perform minor maintenance tasks
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Ability to work flexible evening and night shifts including weekends
Job Duties
- Keep the center clean and guest-ready from top to bottom including indoor and outdoor areas
- Assist servers and runners with setup of event tables and displays
- Quickly and safely correct issues such as pin jams, ball return calls, and other malfunctions during guest play
- Perform minor building maintenance as needed
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and orderliness throughout the venue
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Support guest satisfaction by maintaining an inviting environment
