Job Requirements
- Valid California Driver's License and acceptable driving record
- Authorization to work in the US
- Experience operating a wide variety of cars, light trucks, and vans
- Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmissions
- Professional work ethic and high integrity
- Ability to work as a team and/or independently
- Open availability from open to close
- Availability to work weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Full range of arm motion to wash cars
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions including high heat, rain, and wind
- Ability to bend, stoop, squat, and kneel to inspect and clean vehicles
- Ability to reach overhead to clean or retrieve items
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to maneuver vehicles in tight spaces accurately
- Ability to assist other team members with physical tasks

Job Duties
- Move vehicles to different areas of the dealership throughout the entire day
- Assist Sales and Service Managers with inventory management
- Locate vehicles as they are notified over the radio by dispatch or cashiers
- Keep Galpin vehicles looking great by washing, detailing, and preparing for customers
- Park all completed vehicles in the vehicle pick up staging area
- Contribute to a welcoming environment by keeping all areas clean and tidy
- Careful inspection of vehicles for cleanliness and readiness for customer delivery or service
- Strict adherence to safety guidelines and protocols to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment for oneself and others
- Willingness to assist other team members in tasks
