Job Duties
- maintain cleanliness of the common areas, hallways, and restrooms
- clean and pick up grounds and breezeways, including trash collection
- assist with furniture placement in the common areas and individual units
- remove snow and spread salt in inclement weather
- assist with pool maintenance as directed by supervisor
- assist with light maintenance as directed by supervisor
