Job Requirements
- Valid ID
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods
- Availability to work full time Monday through Friday
- Willingness to comply with all safety and sanitation regulations
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred but not required
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation procedures
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced team environment
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Willingness to learn and receive training on the job
Job Duties
- Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of front of house including tables counters floors windows and beverage station
- Ensures tables are bussed cleared and cleaned and floors are cleared and swept during peak service times and prepped prior to service
- Follows safety procedures transporting dishes and utensils from front of house to kitchen using trays bus tubs or carts
- Washes dishes glasses and pots and cleans cooking stations and equipment while maintaining sanitation standards
- Scrapes and rinses food from dishes washes by hand or uses dishwashing equipment ensuring cleanliness and sanitation
- Keeps display equipment clean free of debris and compliant with safety and sanitation standards
- Helps receive heavy deliveries from dock transports to storage while observing safe lifting standards
- Abides by company policies including use of safety gloves oven mitts slip resistant shoes and proper lifting techniques
- Ensures proper presentation portion control and maintenance of serving temperatures following HACCP standards
- Demonstrates personal commitment to safety for self and others
