Job Requirements
- Ability to lift 80-100 lbs on a regular basis

- on-call availability for after-hours emergencies

Job Duties
- Lift 80-100 lbs on a regular basis
- keep property, management office, and landscaping clean by inspecting property each morning and picking up trash
- maintain clean mail rooms by picking up trash, sweeping floors, and removing outdated notices
- replace lightbulbs in common areas and breezeways
- replace first floor window screens upon request
- assist with apartment make-readies including trash removal, caulking, appliance and smoke detector checks, and part replacements
- clean air conditioning vents and replace filters in vacant apartments
- install, move, and hook up appliances
- replace air filters on schedule for occupied apartments
- maintain the pool area by hosing down, picking up trash, and straightening chairs
- perform light painting duties as directed
- clean vacant apartments between residents
- assist Lead Service Manager or Service Technician as needed
