Job Requirements
- 21+ years of age
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
- Working knowledge of hospitality, restaurant, nightclub, bar, and lounge operations
- Knowledge of opening and closing duties
- Understanding of proper lifting techniques
- Knowledge of guest relations
- Awareness of sanitation and safety standards
- Experience with high volume operations
- Ability to present and maintain professional image
- Ability to read computer monitors and print legibly
- Observant and quick to respond
- Ability to move quickly and set pace in venue
- Ability to sit and/or stand for extended periods
- Dexterity to participate in all service aspects
- Ability to twist, tow, reach, bend, climb, and carry as needed
- Capability to push and lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to use hands and handle objects, tools or controls
- Physical capability to climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
- Ability to talk, hear, taste, smell, and see including close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment
- Maintain a professional, neat and well-groomed appearance adhering to company standards
- Willingness to work varied shifts including days, nights, weekends and holidays
- Capable of working in restaurant environment with moderate noise and crowds

Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness of all seating areas including communal tables, kiosk counters, bar tables and outdoor patios
- Constantly monitor and clear guest trays and contents promptly
- Transport plateware, silverware, glassware and trays to dishwash area regularly
- Keep concessions stocked with necessary service items like plateware, silverware, napkins, and trays
- Ensure tidiness and cleanliness in foot flow areas, performing sweeping on schedule and as needed
- Check restrooms regularly for cleanliness and replenish supplies
- Promptly address spillages, alert management, and manage safety signage
