Job Requirements
- Applicants must be at least 18 years of age or older
- Ability to walk, bend, and stand for periods of time
- Capable of lifting objects with some assistance
- Willingness to work part-time during evening, night, and weekend shifts
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and guests
- Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and guest satisfaction

- Proven success in school or previous job experience
- Strong team player and multi-tasker

- Ability to work evening and night shifts including weekends
- Reliable and punctual
- Basic understanding of maintenance and troubleshooting is a plus
Job Duties
- Keep the center clean and guest-ready from top to bottom inside and out
- Assist servers and runners with setup of event tables and displays
- Quickly and safely correct issues such as pin jams, ball return calls, and other malfunctions that occur during guest play
- Perform minor building maintenance as needed
- Support team members to ensure a smooth operation
- Maintain sanitation standards across the facility
- Respond promptly to guest requests and concerns
