Job Requirements
- Applicants must be at least 18 years of age or older
- Willingness to work evening and night shifts including weekends
- Ability to walk bend and stand for extended periods
- Capability to lift objects with some assistance
- Proven success in school or previous job experience
- Strong team player and multi-tasker
- Solid communication skills
- Commitment to great guest service
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in cleaning or maintenance roles is a plus but not mandatory

Job Duties
- Keep the center clean and guest-ready from top to bottom inside and out
- Assist servers and runners with setup of event tables and displays
- Quickly and safely correct issues such as pin jams ball return calls and other malfunctions that occur during guest play
- Perform minor building maintenance as needed
- Maintain a safe and sanitary environment for guests and staff
- Support team members to ensure exceptional guest service
- Follow all safety and operational protocols diligently
