Job Requirements
- Applicants must be at least 18 years of age or older
- Availability for evening and night shifts
- Weekend availability
- Ability to walk, bend, stand for periods of time
- Ability to lift objects with some assistance
- Willingness to perform cleaning and minor maintenance tasks
- Legal authorization to work in the location of the job

Job Duties
- Keep the center clean and guest-ready from top to bottom including inside and outside areas
- Assist servers and runners with the setup of event tables and displays
- Quickly and safely correct issues such as pin jams, ball return calls, and other malfunctions during guest play
- Perform minor building maintenance as needed
- Maintain open and effective communication with team members and management
- Ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards
- Support a positive guest experience through proactive service
