Job Requirements
- No prior experience or education required
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
- Ability to write simple correspondence
- Ability to be physically mobile and stand or walk for 8 to 12-hour shifts
- Excellent guest service and communication skills
- Must be able to work in environments containing dust, secondhand smoke, varying noise and temperature levels, lighting, vibrations, crowds, and air quality
- Must always present a professional appearance and demeanor
- Regular and punctual attendance is required

Job Duties
- Perform a variety of general cleaning duties including dusting, scrubbing, wiping, mopping wet and dry floors, and vacuuming
- Clean machines on the casino floor, dining areas, public areas, hallways, stairwells, elevators, bathrooms, break rooms, offices, and other assigned areas
- Perform carpet care and resilient floor cleaning according to procedures
- Mix, label, monitor, and properly utilize a variety of approved cleaning products
- Conduct specialized clean-ups such as blood spill and hazardous material clean-up following proper procedures
- Follow infection control procedures including proper hand washing, waste storage and disposal, and use of protective clothing and equipment
- Adhere to all safety procedures as dictated by company policies
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
