Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of front of house including tables counters floors windows and beverage station
  • Ensures tables are bussed cleared and cleaned and floors are cleared and swept during peak service times and prepped prior to service
  • Follows safety procedures when transporting dishes and utensils from front of house to kitchen using trays bus tubs or carts
  • Washes dishes glasses and pots and cleans cooking stations and equipment to maintain sanitation standards
  • Scrapes and rinses food from dishes and washes them by hand or using dishwashing machine ensuring cleanliness
  • Keeps display equipment clean and complies with safety and sanitation during meal service
  • Helps receive heavy deliveries from dock and transports them to storage while observing safe lifting standards
  • Ensures proper presentation portion control and maintenance of serving temperatures following HACCP standards
  • Abides by company safety policies including use of cut gloves oven mitts fryer gloves slip-resistant shoes and proper lifting techniques
