Job Requirements
- Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to qualify for a position
- Night and weekend availability is required
- Ability to perform physical tasks including walking, bending, standing, and lifting with assistance
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced entertainment environment
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and guests

Job Duties
- Keep the center clean and guest-ready from top to bottom inside and out
- Assist servers and runners with setup of event tables and displays
- Quickly and safely correct issues such as pin jams, ball return calls, and other malfunctions that occur during guest play
- Perform minor building maintenance as needed
- Walk, bend, and stand for extended periods, assisting with lifting objects as necessary
- Ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards
- Support team efforts to provide excellent guest service
