Job Requirements

- must have an active driver license
- clean driving record required
- ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- able to perform physical labor including heavy lifting
- pass background check
- pass pre-employment drug screen
- willingness to follow safety protocols and use provided personal protective equipment
- self-starter with ability to work independently
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- valid and active driver license
- clean driving record
- ability to work independently
- strong work ethic
- prior experience in janitorial, landscaping or general labor a plus but not required
- ability to safely handle physical labor and heavy lifting
- good communication skills
Job Duties
- Picking up litter
- wiping and cleaning surfaces such as windowsills, trash can lids, benches
- changing trash bags in outdoor trash cans
- cleaning out dumpster enclosures
- breaking down boxes
- lifting and moving heavy pallets and furniture
- performing other building maintenance work as needed
- driving a company pickup truck to and from job sites
- working on ladders, roofs or near retention ponds occasionally
