Job Requirements
- Applicants must be at least 18 years of age or older
- Night and weekend availability is required
- Ability to walk, bend and stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift objects with some assistance
- Previous experience in cleaning or maintenance preferred
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced entertainment environment

- Ability to safely operate cleaning and maintenance equipment
- Basic problem-solving skills for minor technical issues
Job Duties
- Keep the center clean and guest-ready from top to bottom, inside and out
- Assist servers and runners with setup of event tables and displays
- Quickly and safely correct issues such as pin jams, ball return calls, and other malfunctions that occur during guest play
- Perform minor building maintenance as needed
- Walk, bend and stand for periods of time and may lift objects with some assistance
- Maintain a commitment to great guest service
- Communicate effectively with team members and guests
