Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age or older
- ability to walk bend and stand for extended periods
- ability to lift objects with some assistance
- willingness to work in a typical entertainment environment
- reliable and punctual
- able to follow instructions
- able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- proven success in school or previous job experience
- strong team player and multi-tasker
- solid communication skills
- commitment to great guest service
- ability to manage time effectively
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Keep the center clean and guest-ready from top to bottom inside and out
- assist servers and runners with setup of event tables and displays
- quickly and safely correct issues such as pin jams ball return calls and other malfunctions during guest play
- perform minor building maintenance as needed
- maintain a commitment to great guest service
- support team members in maintaining a safe and welcoming environment
- adhere to company policies and safety standards
