Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • ability to multitask
  • automotive experience preferred
  • clear close vision required
  • 18 years of age or older
  • valid driver’s license
  • strong attention to detail
  • pulling, pushing, carrying
  • walking 5+ hours
  • sitting
  • standing 5+ hours
  • stoop, kneel, crouch, and/or crawl 1+ hours
  • operate a motor vehicle
  • lift up to 50 pounds
  • withstand exposure to working near moving mechanical parts

Job Duties

  • Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan
  • maintain daily housekeeping of office interior including emptying garbage cans, cleaning floors, dusting countertops and work areas
  • maintain daily housekeeping of production area including emptying waste cans, sweeping floors, disposing of unwanted vehicle parts, placing tools and equipment properly
  • maintain parking lots and grounds neatly, including shoveling sidewalks when necessary
  • pre-wash customer vehicles prior to repairs beginning
  • clean customer vehicles interior and exterior after repairs are complete
  • transport customer vehicles to sublet locations for repairs
