Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior maintenance experience in a similar environment preferred
- ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs
- ability to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- strong communication and organizational skills
- ability to follow health and safety regulations
- reliable and punctual
- ability to work independently and collaboratively

- prior maintenance experience in high-volume, fast paced restaurant or similar environment preferred

Job Duties
- maintain appearance and cleanliness of all areas of facility
- conduct daily walkthroughs to ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
- sweep, mop, vacuum, and replenish paper goods
- maintain cleanliness of restrooms
- ensure light fixtures are clean and functioning
- empty and properly dispose of garbage
- maintain clear paths for fire exits
- participate in physical count of silverware, glassware, and utensils
- collaborate with BOH management on ordering cleaning supplies
- support back of house cleaning duties including organizing glassware, dishes, and equipment
- complete minor repairs such as light bulb changes and furniture repair
- aid in controlling glassware breakage
- report to work on time and in proper uniform
- perform other duties as assigned
