Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- Evening and weekend availability is required
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks
- Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
- Strong communication skills
- Previous experience in entertainment or guest service preferred

Job Duties
- Keep the center clean and guest-ready from top to bottom inside and out
- Assist servers and runners with setup of event tables and displays
- Quickly and safely correct issues such as pin jams ball return calls and other malfunctions that occur during guest play
- Perform minor building maintenance as needed
- Walk bend and stand for periods of time while maintaining the facility
- Lift objects with some assistance safely
- Communicate effectively with team members and guests to ensure smooth operation
