Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to understand and perform all onsite software functions
- Basic computer skills required
- Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting up to 100+ lbs
- Ability to work in various environmental conditions including outdoor weather
- Ability to work overtime, weekends, and night shift on-call emergencies
- Frequent climbing of ladders and stairs
- Strong communication skills to exchange information with team members and residents
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills and ability to use onsite software
- Basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws
- Understanding of OSHA requirements
- Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
- Assist in carrying out corrective, preventative, routine, and cosmetic maintenance
- Support the make-ready process of rental units
- Clean and maintain grounds, buildings, breezeways, and common areas
- Respond promptly to resident and management maintenance requests
- Conduct daily inspections to identify and correct hazardous conditions
- Maintain the maintenance shop and adhere to safety and OSHA standards
- Support hazard communication and safe work practices
- Participate in unit inspections and report rule violations
- Manage excellent customer service and monitor responsiveness
- Enforce community policies as delegated
- Participate in emergency on-call duties as required
