Job Requirements

must be at least 18 years of age
ability to walk, bend, stand for long periods
ability to lift objects with some assistance
previous successful work or school experience
strong team player and multi-tasker
solid communication skills
commitment to great guest service

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or equivalent
previous experience in janitorial or cleaning roles preferred
ability to work flexible hours including evenings, nights, and weekends
strong communication skills
ability to work effectively as part of a team
basic problem-solving skills
commitment to maintaining a clean and safe environment

Job Duties

keep the center clean and guest-ready from top to bottom - inside and out
assist servers and runners with setup of event tables and displays
quickly and safely correct issues such as pin jams, ball return calls, and other malfunctions that occur during guest play
perform minor building maintenance as needed
respond promptly to guest requests and provide excellent customer service
maintain safe and organized work areas
collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations
