Job Duties

  • Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan
  • Maintain daily housekeeping of the office interior, including emptying garbage cans, cleaning floors, and dusting countertops and work areas
  • Maintain daily housekeeping of the production area, including waste disposal, sweeping floors, disposing of unwanted vehicle parts, and organizing tools and equipment
  • Maintain parking lots and grounds in a neat and orderly condition, including shoveling sidewalks when necessary
  • Pre-wash customer vehicles before repairs begin
  • Clean customer vehicles both exteriorly and interiorly after repairs are complete
  • Transport customer vehicles to sublet locations for repairs
