Job Requirements
- Applicants must be at least 18 years of age or older
- availability to work evening and night shifts including weekends
- ability to perform physical tasks required in the entertainment environment
- basic understanding of cleanliness and maintenance
- strong interpersonal skills
- willingness to follow safety and health guidelines

Job Duties
- Keep the center clean and guest-ready from top to bottom inside and out
- assist servers and runners with setup of event tables and displays
- quickly and safely correct issues such as pin jams ball return calls and other malfunctions during guest play
- perform minor building maintenance as needed
- maintain sanitation standards throughout the facility
- respond promptly to guest and staff requests regarding cleanliness and equipment
- support team members in various tasks to ensure smooth operation
