Job Duties

Keep the center clean and guest-ready from top to bottom inside and out
Assist servers and runners with setup of event tables and displays
Quickly and safely correct issues such as pin jams ball return calls and other malfunctions during guest play
Perform minor building maintenance as needed
Maintain a positive and proactive attitude while supporting team operations
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
Provide excellent guest service by addressing needs and concerns promptly
