Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license
Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively both orally and in writing
Physical ability to move throughout company facility and work outdoors and indoors
Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, squat, lift over 50 lbs regularly
Ability to perform repetitive hand and finger movements
Ability to push, pull and grasp for prolonged periods
Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
Professional personal appearance
Adherence to company confidentiality policies

Job Duties

Park vehicles in accordance with policy and under direction of Sales/Marketing to ensure that the lot is attractive to potential buyers
Assist Sales and Service staff in moving vehicles to ensure efficient dealership operations
Add and maintain key tags and window stickers on all lot vehicles
Drive vehicles to other dealerships for dealer swaps or to other vendors as requested
Pick up or deliver customers as requested using dealership vehicles
Follow lawful directions from supervisors and comply with company work rules and procedures
Interact well with others and be a positive influence on employee morale
