Job Requirements
- Must comply with GMP requirements
- high school diploma or equivalency preferred
- ability to prioritize tasks
- communicate effectively
- basic knowledge of tools strongly preferred
- basic communication skills in English
- must be able to lift 50lbs
- must be able to work in physically challenging environments including bending, twisting, and standing for up to 8 hours
- must be able to work around powders, chemicals, and allergens
- must successfully clear drug screening processes
- must comply with company policies and maintain regular work attendance

Job Duties
- Vacuum and mop all floors
- remove trash from all office and public areas
- dust all office space equipment and furniture including drinking fountain and glass doors
- maintenance and disinfecting of all restrooms and locker rooms
- weekly cleaning of parking lot including picking up trash and sweeping of front and rear entrance
- clean warehouse floor with tenant machine
- handle basic facility requests such as changing light bulbs, unclogging toilets, and snow removal
