Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
- Valid driver’s license, good driving record, auto insurance, and reliable transportation if operating a motorized vehicle
- Computer literacy and effective oral and written communication skills in English
- Ability to work any assigned shift including weekends and respond to after-hours emergencies
- Physical capability for prolonged or repeated standing, walking, climbing, and lifting up to 50 lbs
- Use of personally owned smartphone with updated software and security compliance
Job Qualifications

- Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
- Effective communication skills in English, both oral and written
- Computer literacy
- Ability to work assigned shifts including weekends and respond to emergencies
- Valid driver’s license with good driving record and auto insurance if operating a motorized vehicle
- Physical ability to perform manual tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs
- Proficiency with smartphone technology with updated software and security compliance
Job Duties
- Maintaining physical condition of community grounds, exterior, and common areas
- Assisting in preparing market-ready apartments, including painting, carpet cleaning, and general repairs
- Responding to resident service requests promptly
- Performing various maintenance functions, such as exterior light bulb changes and equipment maintenance
- Assisting other service staff with projects, including apartment cleaning and drywalling
- Delivering resident communications as needed
- Reporting maintenance concerns
- Adhering to scheduled hours of Sunday-Thursday 2:30 PM to 11:30 PM
