Job Requirements
- 1-3 years of maintenance experience preferred
- Customer centric with warm demeanor and positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Ability to plan and prioritize efficiently
- Ability to motivate and lead team members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines
- Maintain organized filing systems and office areas
- Valid driver’s license and own transportation required (New Orleans only)
- Knowledge of the city and local transportation options
- Fluent in English
- Basic knowledge of technology including smartphones and computers
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Job Duties
- Ensure our property looks exceptional at all times
- Take pride in cleanliness of properties inside and out
- Follow safety programs and policies to ensure safety of team members and residents
- Walk the property frequently to ensure tidiness and minimize liabilities
- Report and address safety concerns in a timely manner
- Communicate with maintenance team on items needing attention
- Interact with residents on concerns, property events, and delivering notices
- Assist with operational needs to ensure efficient property operation
- Manage multiple resident services and facility requests with strong time management
- Complete unit-turns for vacated apartments to prepare for new residents
- Support resident events by setting up and taking down as needed
- Be proactive in solving problems and taking on additional responsibilities
- Seek leadership opportunities and help the company achieve objectives
