Job Requirements
- Active driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work full-time hours
- Self-starter with strong work ethic
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects
- Must pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Ability to follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Previous experience in janitorial, landscaping, or general labor is a plus
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and moving heavy objects
- Basic knowledge of safety practices and wearing personal protective equipment
Job Duties
- Picking up litter
- Wiping and cleaning surfaces such as windowsills, trash can lids, benches
- Changing trash bags in outdoor trash cans
- Cleaning out dumpster enclosures and breaking down boxes
- Lifting and moving heavy pallets and furniture
- Performing other building maintenance work as needed
- Driving a company pickup truck to and from job sites
- Working on ladders, roofs, or near retention ponds when required
