Job Requirements
- Experience in building and warehouse cleaning work
- Ability to carry out detailed but uninvolved oral or written instructions
- Communication skills to relate to officials, staff and public in a courteous manner
- Disposition to perform other duties as assigned
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and safe handling for chemicals sheets/documents (generally in English

Job Duties
- Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming them
- Gather and empty trash
- Service, clean, and supply restrooms
- Clean and polish furniture and fixtures
- Dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment
- Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and squeegees
- Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to floors and fixtures
- Move furniture, equipment, and supplies manually or by using hand trucks
- Notify managers concerning the need for major repairs or additions to building operating systems
- Requisition supplies and equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance duties
