Job Requirements
- Ability to stand for hours at a time, including maneuvering up and down stairs
- must be able to lift to 50 pounds at-a-time without assistance
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in a custodial role preferred
- ability to work in fast paced environment and have good level of stamina and mobility
- work schedule varies and includes days, nights, holidays, and weekends
- familiarity with safety and sanitation along with industry best practices
Job Duties
- Complete all housekeeping tasks directed by the facility manager and supervisor
- clean, repair, and conduct general maintenance on the interior and exterior of the venue including floors, storage areas, restrooms
- ensure restrooms are clean and stocked with proper supplies such as toilet paper and soap
- maintain a proper inventory and par level of maintenance supplies and equipment
- be responsive to all guest requests and concerns relating to cleanliness and safety
- maintain safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures
- perform other duties as requested by management
