Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum 1-year Porter experience preferred
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, and reaching frequently
- Capable of walking property grounds for extended periods
- Able to lift up to 30 lbs
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Job Duties
- Maintain property grounds
- Identify maintenance issues
