Job Requirements
- no prior experience or education required
- must be able to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license
- ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
- ability to write simple correspondence
- ability to be physically mobile and stand or walk for 8 to 12-hour shifts
- excellent guest service and communication skills
- ability to work in areas containing dust, secondhand smoke, varying noise and temperature levels, lighting, vibrations, crowds, and air quality
- must always present a professional appearance and demeanor
- regular and punctual attendance is required

Job Duties
- performs a variety of general cleaning duties including dusting, scrubbing, wiping, mopping wet and dry floors, vacuuming, performs cleaning in a variety of areas such as casino floor machines, dining areas, public areas, hallways, stairwells, elevators, bathrooms, break rooms, offices, performs carpet care and resilient floor cleaning according to procedures, mixes and utilizes approved cleaning products safely, conducts specialized clean-up such as blood spill and hazardous material clean-up, follows infection control procedures including proper hand washing and waste disposal, adheres to safety protocols as dictated by company policies, performs other duties as assigned by management
