Job Requirements
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods
- Willingness to comply with all sanitation and safety guidelines
- Must be able to work flexible hours as required
- Ability to follow instructions and work cooperatively with team members
- Basic communication skills
- Availability to work in assigned venue locations
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or kitchen maintenance is a plus but not required
- Ability to operate kitchen machinery safely
- Knowledge of sanitation and safety standards
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift moderate weights according to safety standards
Job Duties
- Sweep and mop floors at appropriate intervals to ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards
- Operate large electric machines such as dishwashers, sanitizers, trash compactors, and glass crushers
- Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, and meat blocks and all other food prep surfaces as assigned
- Segregate and remove trash and garbage and place it in designated containers
- Steam clean or hose out garbage cans in appropriate and assigned areas
- Wash dishes, pots, pans, utensils and other food preparation machines and equipment
- Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas observing all safe lifting standards
- Assist with banquet table and front of the house set up as requested
- Assist with loading or unloading and delivering supplies and product
- Distribute supplies, utensils and portable equipment as needed
- Comply with all outlined sanitation and safety requirements
- Perform other duties as assigned
