Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in residential or apartment cleaning
- Ability to work flexible hours including some weekends
- Physical ability to perform required duties involving standing, walking, lifting, and using cleaning equipment
- Ability to communicate maintenance concerns effectively
- Willingness to follow safety protocols and company policies
Job Qualifications
- Residential or apartment cleaning experience
- Ability to work some weekends and extended hours
- Physical stamina to walk and stand for long periods with frequent interruptions
- Ability to reach, bend, and carry heavy objects
- Ability to climb flights of stairs in various weather conditions
- Manual dexterity with normal hand and finger movement
- Ability to lift, carry, and move objects up to 125 pounds
- Ability to operate a pressure washer system for exterior use
Job Duties
- Clean office, public access areas, and models including mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal
- Clean apartments thoroughly after move-out or for vacant units to prepare for new residents
- Keep model units and public access areas clean and well-maintained
- Monitor and report inventory of cleaning supplies
- Responsible for trash and debris removal from trash compactor and dumpster areas
- Maintain housekeeping storage room
- Report any maintenance concerns or repairs in unoccupied apartments, models, and common areas to the Property Manager
- Assist maintenance staff and other team members as needed
