Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in residential or apartment cleaning
  • Ability to work flexible hours including some weekends
  • Physical ability to perform required duties involving standing, walking, lifting, and using cleaning equipment
  • Ability to communicate maintenance concerns effectively
  • Willingness to follow safety protocols and company policies

  • Residential or apartment cleaning experience
  • Ability to work some weekends and extended hours
  • Physical stamina to walk and stand for long periods with frequent interruptions
  • Ability to reach, bend, and carry heavy objects
  • Ability to climb flights of stairs in various weather conditions
  • Manual dexterity with normal hand and finger movement
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move objects up to 125 pounds
  • Ability to operate a pressure washer system for exterior use

Job Duties

  • Clean office, public access areas, and models including mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal
  • Clean apartments thoroughly after move-out or for vacant units to prepare for new residents
  • Keep model units and public access areas clean and well-maintained
  • Monitor and report inventory of cleaning supplies
  • Responsible for trash and debris removal from trash compactor and dumpster areas
  • Maintain housekeeping storage room
  • Report any maintenance concerns or repairs in unoccupied apartments, models, and common areas to the Property Manager
  • Assist maintenance staff and other team members as needed
