Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Physical ability to bend, stoop, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Open availability
  • Ability to follow directions
  • Reliable attendance
  • Willingness to work early mornings

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in hospitality, clubhouse, or hotel preferred but not necessary
  • Ability to follow written and oral instructions
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Reliable and punctual work ethic

Job Duties

  • Work with Clubhouse Manager, Social Events Manager, and Banquet Manager on scheduled banquets, activities, and events
  • Responsible for the room set up and break down of tables, chairs, furniture, and Audio-Visual equipment for banquets, activities, and events including lifting up to 50 lbs
  • Ensure Technical and AV equipment used for events is available, set up, and checked prior to start time
  • Open and close the building with some early mornings required
  • Properly store and secure equipment following banquets, activities, or events
  • Follow written and oral directions such as room diagrams
  • Work independently as well as with other team members
