Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work both indoors and outdoors
- Physical capability to stand for long periods, climb stairs and ladders, squat and bend
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs multiple times a day
- Strong attention to detail
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in hospitality or community maintenance is preferred
- Ability to follow directions with minimal supervision
- Strong customer service and hospitality skills
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Physical ability to perform labor-intensive tasks
- Positive attitude and ability to interact effectively with residents and staff
Job Duties
- Conduct daily inspections of common areas and report damages including community center, retreat, and neighborhood center
- Perform janitorial duties including replenishing toilet paper and soap
- Check and empty all exterior building, pool, and interior trash bins every morning
- Maintain and inspect carts weekly on Fridays
- Wipe down pool railings, tables, and furniture daily
- Arrange pool furniture daily
- Clean trash bins monthly
- Perform power washing of travertine tile and sidewalks weekly or as needed
- Arrange social room furniture before meetings and events
- Check and clean up around dumpsters weekly
- Complete assigned maintenance service requests
- Properly operate, maintain, and store all maintenance equipment
- Perform other related duties as directed
