Job Requirements
- Diploma of secondary school or equivalent
- minimum of one year experience as a porter
- strong communication skills
- ability to engage in face-to-face discussions with individuals or groups at all professional levels
- comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- physical ability to stand, walk, sit, crouch, or kneel as needed

Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness of lobbies, hallways, elevators, bathrooms, and other common areas
- sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust as needed to keep areas orderly and presentable
- empty trash bins and replace liners
- restock bathroom supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper
- clean doors, windows, and other high-touch surfaces
- respond promptly to spills, messes, and tenant requests
- assist with moving furniture, setting up spaces for meetings, or supporting special events
- report any maintenance or safety issues to management
- ensure cleaning equipment and supplies are kept in good condition
- follow all safety and cleaning protocols
