Job Duties

  • ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan
  • maintain the daily housekeeping of the interior of the office, including daily emptying of garbage cans, cleaning the floors, and dusting countertops and work areas
  • maintain the daily housekeeping of the interior of the production area, including emptying waste cans, sweeping floors, disposing unwanted vehicle parts, and organizing tools and equipment
  • maintain parking lots and grounds in a neat and orderly fashion, including shoveling sidewalks when necessary
  • pre-wash customer vehicles prior to repairs beginning
  • perform exterior and interior cleanup of customer vehicles after repairs are complete
  • transport customer vehicles to sublet locations for repairs
