Job Requirements
- Able to lift 80-100 lbs on a regular basis
- maintain cleanliness of property and office areas
- perform light maintenance and repairs
- communicate effectively with team members
- be reliable and punctual
- flexible with on-call duties
- possibly possess a valid driver's license
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of related experience
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines
- able to be on-call for after-hours emergencies
- may require a valid driver's license
Job Duties
- Lift 80-100 lbs on a regular basis
- keep property, management office, landscaping clean by inspecting property each morning and picking up trash
- keep mail rooms clean including removing trash, sweeping floors, and removing dated notices
- replace lightbulbs in common areas and breezeways as needed
- replace first floor window screens upon request
- assist with apartment make-readies including trash removal, caulking, checking appliances and smoke detectors, and replacing parts
- clean air conditioning vents and replace filters in vacant apartments
- install, move, and hook up appliances
- replace air filters as scheduled for occupied apartments
- clean pool area including hosing down, picking up trash, and straightening chairs
- perform light painting duties as directed
- clean vacant apartments between residents
- assist the Lead Service Manager or Service Technician as requested
