Job Requirements
- Must have reliable transportation due to the emergency on-call requirement
- Ability to use general cleaning equipment and tools including hand tools, paint equipment, ladders, cleaning chemicals, vacuums, blowers and hoses
- High school education or equivalent required
- Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs
- Ability to push and pull up to 100 lbs with mechanical assistance
- Must be able to frequently sit, stand, walk, reach forward and overhead, and grasp
- Must be able to bend, crouch or stoop
- Must have close and distance vision and the ability to adjust focus
- Ability to work extended hours and weekends as scheduled
- Must conduct oneself in a professional manner
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Job Qualifications
- High school education or equivalent
- Experience with general cleaning equipment and tools
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and bending
- Knowledge of swimming pool maintenance and chemical record keeping preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and safety consciousness
- Good communication and customer service skills
Job Duties
- Maintain an excellent customer service relationship by adhering to the CEV Standards
- Work with maintenance team to ensure excellent curb appeal at all times
- Inspect exterior grounds and buildings, including breezeways daily
- Pick up trash on grounds
- Run trash compactor daily, including weekends as scheduled
- Clean mailbox area daily
- Water flowers, plants and shrubs as needed
- Perform swimming pool maintenance and cleaning as needed
- Maintain accurate swimming pool chemical records, according to state and local requirements
- Pick up trash, straighten and wipe down furniture in pool area
- Assist in the daily upkeep and cleanliness of office, clubhouse and amenity areas
- Responsible for maximizing curb appeal
- Check and replace light bulbs as needed
- Maintain painting of curbs and speed bumps
- Sweep, blow and or pressure wash breezeways, parking lots and common areas
- Keep storm drains free of debris
- Deliver and or post correspondence, newsletters and flyers
- Assist in the performance of turn events
- Trash out vacant units
- Other duties as assigned
