- Good driving record
- Fluency in English both verbal and non-verbal
- Ability to provide legible communication and directions
- Ability to compute basic arithmetic
- Ability to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy

- Ability to follow directions thoroughly
- Understand resident service needs

- Maintain confidentiality of resident information and pertinent resort data

- Ability to input and access information in property management system and computers (desirable)
- Previous guest relations training (desirable)
Job Duties
- Transport resident luggage and packages to and from units
- Escort guests to units and inform them of property services and features
- Attend to immediate needs of residents and guests upon arrival and throughout stay
- Maintain thorough knowledge of property services and amenities
- Resolve resident complaints ensuring satisfaction
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
- Report and log all deliveries accurately
- Collaborate with Concierge, Front Desk, Valet, Housekeeping, and other departments
- Maintain confidentiality of resident information
- Participate in sustainability initiatives
