Job Requirements
- applicants must be at least 18 years of age or older to qualify
- availability to work nights and weekends
- ability to perform physical tasks including walking, bending, standing, and lifting with assistance
- effective communication skills
- willingness to work in a fast-paced entertainment environment
- prior experience in a customer service or maintenance role preferred

Job Duties
- keep the center clean and guest-ready from top to bottom - inside and out
- assist servers and runners with setup of event tables and displays
- quickly and safely correct issues such as pin jams, ball return calls, and other malfunctions during guest play
- perform minor building maintenance as needed
- maintain a safe and sanitary environment
- respond promptly to guest needs or concerns
- support team members in maintaining overall operational flow
