Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in property maintenance or similar role preferred
- Physical ability to lift up to 80 pounds unassisted
- Ability to perform manual tasks including bending, stretching, walking, and kneeling
- Comfortable working on ladders up to 30 feet
- Willingness to work in indoor and outdoor environments with varying weather conditions
- Ability to work in unclean environments with exposure to dust, fumes, and poor ventilation
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service
- Reliable and punctual
- Availability to work full-time
Job Qualifications
- Ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily
- Excellent customer service skills
- Physical capability to perform unassisted lifting up to 80 pounds
- Ability to bend, walk, kneel, and stretch for prolonged periods
- Ability to work on step ladders or extension ladders up to 30 feet
- Ability to work in confined spaces, indoors and outdoors in all climates
- Ability to work in environments with fumes, dust, and poor ventilation
- Adherence to safety requirements and programs
- Ability to work under direction of Maintenance Supervisor or Community Manager
Job Duties
- Provides excellent customer service to tenants
- Removes garbage into allowed containers from all breezeways, parking areas, roadways, grassy areas, tennis/basketball courts, swimming pool areas and Dog Park
- Moves bulk trash from all areas of community to large bulk trash container
- Operates leaf blower in various areas of community including breezeways, walkways, sidewalks/curbs
- Ensures that debris is not present in any areas of the community
- Cleans all areas to ensure that overall presentation of property meets company guidelines
- Completes other duties as assigned by Maintenance Technician Supervisor and/or Community Manager
