Job Requirements
- A minimum of one year experience in a fast-paced environment
- able to work mornings nights and weekends
- ability to lift 50 pounds
- ability to stand in one place for hours at a time
- ability to retain information quickly
- able to read and understand recipes
- a valid California Health Card or Sani Serve certification
- good working relationship with peers and management

Job Duties
- Sweep mop vacuum and buff floors
- clean restrooms kitchens lobbies windows walls
- disinfect high-touch surfaces
- maintain exterior areas like sidewalks parking lots fencing
- identify and report hazards place safety signs and adhere to security protocols
- complete minor repairs and building improvements
- manage waste disposal by emptying trash and recycling bins and ensuring compliance with health regulations
- assist with make ready duty requests
- report on maintenance needs to Restaurant Manager
- uphold health and safety standards
