Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous porter or similar experience preferred
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods
- Ability to follow safety guidelines and company policies
- Willingness to comply with drug-free workplace policies
- Ability to work full-time schedule Monday to Friday
- Legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Duties
- Ensure tables are bussed, cleared and cleaned and floors are cleared and swept during peak service times and prepped prior to service
- Follow safety procedures when transporting dishes and utensils using trays, bus tubs or carts from the front of house to kitchen
- Wash dishes, glasses, and pots by hand or dishwashing machine
- Clean cooking stations and equipment while maintaining sanitation standards
- Scrape and rinse food from dishes ensuring complete cleanliness
- Keep display equipment clean and compliant with safety and sanitation standards
- Help receive heavy deliveries and transport to storage areas observing safe lifting standards
- Ensure proper presentation, portion control and maintenance of serving temperatures following HACCP standards
- Abide by company safety policies including the use of gloves, oven mitts, fryer gloves and slip-resistant shoes
- Perform other duties as assigned
