Job Requirements
- be at least 21 years of age
- be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and special events
- tolerate secondary smoke, high noise levels, bright lights, and dust
- arrive on time and maintain regular attendance
- ability to interact successfully with all levels of team members including management
- follow safety guidelines including proper use of personal protective equipment
- perform cleaning duties as assigned independently and unsupervised
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or ged
- experience in cleaning or janitorial work preferred
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- strong attention to detail and reliability
- good communication skills to interact effectively with team members
- knowledge of safety protocols and proper use of protective equipment
Job Duties
- maintain cleanliness of assigned areas including casino floor, restaurants, and bathrooms
- perform floor care such as sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
- clean surfaces including tables, counters, and fixtures
- restock cleaning supplies regularly to ensure availability
- empty garbage bins and dispose of waste properly
- follow directions and perform additional cleaning tasks as assigned
- collaborate with team members on special cleaning projects to complete them timely
