Job Requirements
- less than high school education
- three or more years of related experience or training
- current Louisiana Responsible Vendor license
- Louisiana State Racing Commission license to be obtained upon hire
- physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds occasionally
- ability to stand, walk, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl as needed

- current Louisiana Responsible Vendor license
- ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions
- ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations
Job Duties
- cleans kitchen counters, floors, work stations
- stocks kitchen inventory
- assists kitchen staff as needed
