Job Requirements
- Pass a thorough background check to obtain a gaming license
- Maintain an active gaming license per city requirements
- Ability to stand or walk frequently and occasionally sit
- Capability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
- Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds regularly
- Suitable vision including close, distance, peripheral, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
- Able to talk and hear effectively
- Use approved safety shoes
- Work in an environment exposed to heat, humidity, slippery floors, bacteria, and moderate noise
Job Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required
- Minimum 6 months related experience or training preferred
- Ability to read and interpret safety, operational, and procedural documents
- Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Ability to solve practical problems with limited standardization
- Ability to speak effectively before groups
- Willingness to participate in safety training and comply with company policies
Job Duties
- Maintain a clean environment including gaming floor, restrooms, and dining areas
- Assist bussers in cleaning the bar area
- Circulate gaming floor and dining room to support team members
- Establish and maintain good rapport with guests to promote patronage
- Participate actively in safety training and report hazards
- Report underage, intoxicated, or suspicious individuals to management
- Uphold company policies and safety regulations
