- valid driver’s license clean driving record and current auto insurance
- ability to use general office equipment

- must comply with all safety requirements
- required to complete Fair Housing Diversity and Inclusion Training within first 30 days
- ability to shovel snow and operate commercial snow blower

Job Duties
- remove trash and other debris from office areas and property perimeter daily
- assist in the preparation of market ready units
- pressure wash exterior buildings sidewalks and other surfaces
- assist with property emergencies such as snow removal fires and floods
- clean available apartments model homes and common areas as directed
- address property maintenance concerns related to inclement weather conditions
- promote customer satisfaction by maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and curb appeal and interact courteously and professionally with residents
- preserve and respect applicant and resident confidentiality
- foster positive and collaborative relationships with residents and associated agencies
- report maintenance and life safety issues immediately
- perform other duties as assigned
